Shipping

We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your order. Please be aware, however, that if
you have a program that doesn't accept email from an unrecognized address, the email may not go
through.

We ship via UPS, and the cost is based on the size and weight of your order, the shipping destination,
and the transit time you choose. For shipments outside the United States, call us for rates. We're sorry,
but we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

As you know, each order is custom cut for you based on your unique door measurements. Because of
this, please allow two to three weeks from the time we receive your order until the time we ship to you.
Your chosen UPS transit time will then determine how soon you'll receive your order. We will send you an
email when your order has shipped.

When you order multiple kits, we'll do our best to lower your shipping charges by packing the kits in as
few boxes as possible.

Taxes

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Florida. Taxes that appear on your online order are
approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and county
sales taxes and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Returns

We’re so pleased with the quality of this product—and we believe that you will be as well—that our return
policy is simple and unique for custom made products: if you’re not happy with your Decorate Your
Doors! custom door trim kit, send it back within 30 days of receipt! We simply ask that you contact us
within 7 days of receiving your kit, as we cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after
placing your order.

Please note: if you receive your order and the boxes are damaged, be sure to save all the packing
material and notify UPS immediately. Damage during shipment is their responsibility.
